I’m pretty sure that Shep marched her way to the Starboard deck after the date on the Citadel, gathered up all of Kaidan’s stuff and brought it to her room before he even made it back onto the ship.
They have 3 years to make up for, why was the night before the only time they had sexy time? I’m sure they fucked like bunnies every night, all the night.
Kaidan: Where are you going with my duffel?
Shepard: My quarters.
Kaidan: Uh … Commander?

Shepard: They are taking BETS. Let’s just decree that whoever picked ‘RightTheHellNow’ in the pool wins and shut them up, okay?
Kaidan: I just—
Shepard: You remember that thing I did with the—?

Shepard: Don’t you want to see what ELSE I can do?
Kaidan: ………………Well, your cabin is more comfortable… But there’ll be snickering.
Shepard: Yeah, so we may as well do what they’re snickering at us for. Why waste the opportunity? Now get into this elevator and make me naked; that’s an ORDER.
Kaidan: Yes, ma’am!
They were totally doing it beforehand! I got a little non-animated banter with him in his quarters after a mission that went something like this:
Kaidan: Hey you…
Shep: Hey…
Kaidan: You didn’t wake me before you left.
Shep: I didn’t have the heart.
Kaidan: *chuckle* *seductive voice* Well next time… wake me.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
