I have been sitting on this chapter for a while because I just wasn’t sure about it—not as it’s own chapter, I think, but as part of the whole. But I do realize that as I’m coming closer to the end of this alphabet meme gone bad I have to have Shepard make some progress, even hard won as it is. So I’m posting this. Even if I don’t really like it.
